Job description / Role
• Provide IT Technical Support to assigned department/personnel.
• Receive, distribute and dispatch computer support request.
• Update and maintain database of computer problems.
• Create monthly metrics charts of computer problems.
Requirements
Must have at least 10 years of experience of five years of experience of which 2 years should be in developing and supporting CMF/C3 networks.
Understand LAN/WAN protocol and router configuration and experience of LAN/WAN Database connectivity.
Candidate to be considered should be a Bachelor Degree Holder
SC Cleared
Due to visa availability; client requires Non-Asian nationals for the role.
