Overview

Executive Development & Compensation (ED&C) reports directly to the President & CEO, and is responsible for matters pertaining to development & compensation for Corporate, Executive & General Management level employees.

The infrastructure of ED&C is two-fold; normal intranet connectivity (aka Aramco network) and isolated private network with zero connectivity. For the later, an entire domain is created with numerous servers, private workstations, virtual machines, NAS and other pertinent hardware as well as systems and software.

The position specifically focuses on providing full management, support, and maintenance on this environment for business continuity. Oversee the organizations computer & database systems and maintain proper security.

Key Responsibilities
- Auditing of system environment
- Creating and maintaining a security policies
- Flexible to learn new technologies
- Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, servers, Hyper-V virtual machines, routers and other physical hardware
- Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues
- Updating virus protection software to keep data and communications protected
- Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for computer systems and networks
- Communicating networking issues to other employees and management, especially in training new users
- Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems
