Job Description

- Monitor network and system performance to ensure optimal operation.
- Respond promptly to alerts and notifications from monitoring systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to address complex issues and improve processes.
- Assist in the configuration and management of basic firewall settings.
- Participate in incident management and ticketing processes.

- Excellent troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve issues quickly.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in NOC tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and SolarWinds.
- Experience with incident management processes and tools.
- Understanding of network protocols to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Basic knowledge of firewall configurations.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira and ServiceNow.
