Job description / Role
Excellent opportunity for a Nurse Manager - to work with a superb hospital located in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia. My clients are the leading healthcare organisations in the Kingdom.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Nurse Manager, you will be in contact with people of all levels of nursing to coordinate patient services. This also involves working with physicians to properly plan unit activities for patient care. You will supervise and evaluate employees, and work with patients and family of patients to provide assistance for health care. You will also process paperwork such as department budgets, disciplinary actions against employees and patients' medical records.
Requirements
The successful Nurse Manager will have a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. You must be a registered nurse with valid license. You must have a minimum of three (3) years as a registered nurse, and a minimum of three (3) years within management/supervisory level.
