Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose: To establish and sustain organizational effectiveness and change activity for AEC in support of the achievement of the business strategy and HR business agenda.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Lead the aspects of organisational design including the establishment of new reporting structures in line with the business restructuring programme
2. Ensure that best principles are applied in the restructuring programmes to ensure effectiveness of the new design
3. Establish clear programme of organisational transition to new structure
4. Define manpower plan and resource gaps and develop contingency plan to ensure successful completion of the initiative.
5. Ensure that cultural aspects, traditional practices and behaviours are understood and are accounted for in the planned activity change
6. Facilitate/lead change and transition efforts in various parts of the organisation to ensure identified goals are fully achieved.
7. Ensure the development and execution of detailed people plan for the organisational change programme highlighting areas of high risk and develop mitigating actions to reduce business risk to absolute minimum.

Requirements

Knowledge:
• Engineering BS or BA degree.
• International business environment

Experience
• 5 years in areas evidence with demonstrated success in orchestrating organisational change as required
• Exceptional communication skills and facility in working in working with senior leadership teams
• Regional knowledge and experience
