Off-Airport Readiness Assurance Manager

Job description / Role

Responsibilities

- Assist in leading operational efforts across off-airport areas by coordinating planning, operational readiness, and oversight during seasonal peak traffic and complex operational events.
- Develop and implement standard off-airport operational readiness procedures and protocols across all OpCos considering seasonal peaks.
- Design a monitoring and reporting system for the assessment of off-airport operational readiness (risks, mitigations, data requirements, systems, governance, processes, infrastructure, etc.).
- Define an assessment plan to assure the required level of off-airport readiness at all airports; Conduct assessments to ensure required level of off-airport readiness at airports.
- Review off-airport readiness plans, risk areas, protocols, and procedures issued by Airport Operators and other operational stakeholders (Ground Handling, ANS, etc.).
- Assist in identifying, reviewing, and following-up on the implementation of corrective/tactical measures taken by Airport Operators and operational stakeholders in preparation for seasonal peak traffic and complex operational events.
- Facilitate the implementation of off-airport corrective/tactical measures by providing network-wide liaison and high-level alignment within the division.
- Collect data to monitor and report on off-airport operational readiness prior to and during peak seasons.
- Identify lessons learned at the end of each peak season, debrief Airport Operators, and collectively agree on actions to improve performance for upcoming peak seasons, and follow-up on their implementation.

- Academic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Airport Management or other relevant disciplines.
- Work Experience: 5 - 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Functional Competencies: Landside Off-Airport Operations, Readiness Assurance, Transition Management, Risk Mitigation, Resource Allocation, Continuous Improvement, Change Management.
