Employment: Full Time

Our client, a multinational professional services firm, is seeking an Office Administrator/Receptionist.

Key responsibilities will be as follows:

• Reception duties - taking calls, greeting clients, arranging meetings and meeting rooms
• Building management & facilities duties - oversee cleaners, liaise with maintenance on any building issues
• Team Assistant duties- arranging travel, processing expenses, arranging meetings, helping to work on presentations, arranging printing
• Occasional travel around the Kingdom and to Dubai to attend training and events will be required.

Requirements

• Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years Office Administration experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
• Candidate should have excellent English communication skills.
• Candidate should be able to travel around the Kingdom and outside e.g. to Dubai
• Candidate should be organised and have proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
