Job description / Role
The world’s largest company focused on analytic data solutions through integrated data warehousing, big data analytics, and business applications seeks to hire an Office Manager who has solid all-round experience in managing office facilities and overseeing the administrative support to the staff and management. In addition this position will be responsible for supporting all processes related to visas and work permits, and relocation of expatriate employees from other countries.
•Ensuring availability and maintenance of office and telecommunications equipment, supplies of refreshments etc, and maintain contacts to external suppliers
•Liaison with the office landlord on all matters relating to operation of the office facility
•Ensuring good health & safety practices according to legal requirements
•Support the arrangements for visitors, including travel and accommodation requirements, meeting room availability and catering for meetings, and customer events
•Working in coordination with an external immigration/relocation specialist company, represent the company at government offices when applying for visas, work permits, visa sponsorship transfers and related processes
Qualifications & Experience
•Must be Saudi national
•Demonstrates relevant experience in office management
•High sense of quality and service delivery
•Normal PC skills required (MS Office)
•Specific experience as government relations officer is representing a company to immigration and labour authorities is strongly preferred
•Very good English language skills, native or fluent Arabic
