Office Manager - Khobar

Our client is a global consulting firm looking to hire an office manager for their Khobar office. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in office management and show a high-level of drive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing the translation process
* Coordination with IT, Admin, HR
* Working closely with recruitment team to ensure smooth recruitment process and on-boarding of employees
* Managing internal training
* Managing staff related admin matters, e.g. planning on retain, leave approvals, my-PD
* Managing postal mail & couriers
* Transport management, including parking management in office precincts
* Collection process from issuance of invoices to collection of funds in Bank account
* Complete proposals process from capturing RFP onto CRM to closing out the win/loss. This will include ongoing monitoring of the opportunity pipeline in CRM and issuance of proposals
* Business development management, target allocation, tracking of wins, clients at risk/losses
* Timely reminders to staff in respect of adherence to the operations calendar
* Arrangement of events, conferences, seminars in liaison with marketing department
* Coordinating Partners visits from other offices

Requirements

Key Requirements:

* Must have transferable Iqama if non-Saudi national
* 5-10 years of relevant experience in Administration
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and strong organisational and project management skills
* Sustains a high level of drive, shows enthusiasm and a positive attitude when coping with pressure at work
* Analyses problems, identifies core issues, investigates, evaluates and integrates information and finds pragmatic solutions
* Systematic approach, multitasking, time management, team management
