Group Overview

Alfanar Construction is classified as a Grade I contractor by the Contractors Classification Committee of the Government of Saudi Arabia.
Alfanar Building Systems manufactures and markets a variety of building construction products and systems.
The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under Alfanar Building Systems are:
- Façade cladding, glazing systems, and architectural aluminum products
- Precast concrete products and architectural elements
- Real estate development
Job Purpose
To lead a team of technical professionals, managing their performance, setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring the team functions cohesively while ensuring that the team has the necessary technical skills and knowledge. Coordinate with consultants to obtain the approval required for drawings and materials. Solve the site issues with the project management.
Key Accountability Areas
- Team Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the organization, guiding the development and implementation of technical initiatives, projects, and processes.
- Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of technical projects, defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements, as well as coordinating activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain a high level of technical expertise within your field of specialization and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively within your section to optimize productivity and achieve project goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other departments.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance of the department and provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance and Control: Establish and enforce quality standards and processes to ensure that technical deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify and address quality issues proactively.
Role Accountability
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of technical professionals, including engineers, designers, and support staff, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of technical projects within the section, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the section budget, tracking expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring fiscal responsibility in all technical activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department, implementing process enhancements and adopting new technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to technical teams, engineers, designers, and other specialists, to ensure effective project execution and achievement of technical objectives in compliance with international codes SBC, PCI, and ACI.
- Technical Guidance and Support: Provide technical guidance, expertise, and support to team members, assisting them in problem-solving, decision-making, and overcoming technical challenges.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, expectations, and feedback, and provide responsive and proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction.
- Technology Adoption: Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies relevant to the organization's technical objectives and facilitate their adoption to enhance efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess technical risks associated with projects, products, and processes.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
