Operations Director – Catering & Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) – Saudi Arabia – Big Fish
Our client is a Family run, Group of companies specialising in Construction, Facilities Management, Real Estate and Hospitality. They are currently seeking an Operations Director for their Catering & Integrated Facilities Management business. The Operations Director is responsible for driving growth by leading operations and contributing strategically to business development. The role oversees end-to-end delivery of Catering and Integrated FM services, ensuring operational performance, whilst contributing to client management, bid strategy, costing and Business Development. As a key leadership figure, the Operations Director builds high-performance teams and ensures service excellence across the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
• Required Experience, Skills and Knowledge
• 10+ years’ experience in senior operational roles within Catering, IFM, or Hospitality industries, with at least 3 years in a Director-level capacity.
• Proven track record in mobilising and managing large-scale operations in Hard/Soft FM and catering environments.
• Strong understanding of costing, pricing, and operational solution development in bid contexts.
• Familiarity with Blue Sheet or other consultative selling methodologies is a strong asset.
