Operation Manager - Food and Restaurant Business

Job description / Role

We require an Operations manager to provide and Handle all aspects of operations for a newly established restaurant business which includes:

- Growing sales and improve retail customer acquisition
- Manage staff and IT
- Ensure proper inventory management and alignment of expected food sales
- Develop and follow proper costing and documentation process
- Handle customers satisfaction and expand marketing scope
- Engage accounts for proper budgeting, and documentation

Requirements

- Background in food and restaurant business as well as marketing engagement
- Able to manage and grow a new established division
- Able to handle employees and proper costing
- Report to management on adequate expansion and customer acquisition plans
