Description

The DC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the distribution center, ensuring accurate and timely receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of goods. They lead and manage warehouse staff to achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals while maintaining high standards of inventory control and customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• 20% Supervise warehouse operations - oversee receiving, picking, packing, IR, and inventory control.
• 10% Safety & compliance - ensure adherence to safety procedures, policies, and operational standards.
• 10% Team development - train, coach, and develop warehouse staff.
• 15% Performance monitoring - track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• 15% Inventory accuracy - use WMS systems and maintain accurate records.
• 10% Budgeting and cost control - develop and manage operational budgets.
• 5% Equipment oversight - supervise safe use and maintenance of warehouse machinery.
• 5% Coordination - collaborate with logistics, transport, and customer teams.
• 5% Issue resolution - resolve operational issues promptly.
• 3% Planning participation - attend and contribute to operational planning meetings.
• 2% Cost management - assist in managing labor and operational expenses.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
• Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
