Operational Manager - Hydraulics

Job description / Role

• Managing and supervising everyone in the branch; and leading the overall branch activities including operations, administration, business development, product development, local purchases, inventory management, and budgeting, statutory and regulatory compliances.
• Managing and ensuring strict adherence to the time schedules, quality standards, and profitability standards whilst achieving pre-set targets, on-time delivery and value for the money to the customers.
• Overseeing the identification of constraints and taking steps to rectify it.
• Reviewing existing processes and re-designing the same to enhance operational efficiency.
• Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all operations through the effective interface between head office and branch.
• Assist in the development of new products, negotiations of techno – commercials pertaining to local purchases and imports in coordination with BD specialist, regional manager, and head office staff.
• Inform the regional manager regarding the non-conforming processes / products and take immediate corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain all production, sales, service and quality records as required by the management.
• Monitor outputs on daily basis.
• Liaison with all other support services for the upkeep of company procedures.
• Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the branch's objectives.
• Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for branch personnel.
• Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.

Salary:
SAR 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in hydraulics field
• Must have experience in KSA
• Must have a managerial position in operations for at least 5 years
• Under 40 years old
• Mechanical engineer degree / Masters is a plus
