Employment: Full Time

The role of Operations Administrator is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and represents a global management organisation. Our client prides itself on their adaptability and work ethics to ensure they attract clients from a wide range of industry sectors including energy, financial services, health care, private equity and telecoms. As the Operations Administrator you will be the first point of contact for everyone coming into the building and therefore candidates of the highest caliber should apply.

Responsible for the front desk reception area of the organisation, it is essential that you take a proactive and positive approach to your daily tasks. The successful candidate will be involved in meeting and greeting visitors, taking calls and completing accurate messages. You will also support the wider operations team by ensuring all supplies are restocked and documents are distributed and shipped via courier where necessary.

In addition you will also manage all room bookings and set up the meeting rooms with the appropriate equipment, catering facilities and documents. As new employees join the organisation you will implement and maintain the access card records and follow up on any temporary cards issued. Management of transport bookings for internal staff and guests will also form part of the job role. It is also required that you will support the operations team with administrative and secretarial tasks such as typing of documents and memos and management of incoming and outgoing post.

Requirements

The ideal candidate with have at least 1 years’ experience within an administrative role and have a customer service approach to all they do, in order to maintain high standards at all times. It is expected that you will be well groomed and professional with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent Arabic and English language skills (spoken, reading and writing) are essential to this role.
