Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

CRM
1) Interacting with clients on daily basis
2) Follow up on pending Purchase orders and payments for invoices submitted.
3) Technical discussion on new projects feasibility with the material requested as per client along with timeline negotiation.
4) Submission of AutoCAD, 3D, architectural and BMI designs to client as per requirement.
5) Building up new clients and reports on new markets to target.
6) Overall build strong relation with company locally and its headquarters in other western country (requires traveling 10-40%)

Designing:
1) Should be able to design and execute complex architectural drawings, AutoCAD, BMI as per clients with very high quality.
2) Should be also able to propose new designs and models to client

Management:
1) Need to manage clients and workforce m
2) Follow up with each department and employee on the targets given daily
3) A report submitted every 2 days to MD and partners per week on workforce targets achieved, jobs in pipeline, project execution deadline and blocks if any.
4) Highly motivated individual with self initiative character.
5) Should be highly capable to work under pressure and squeezed timeline.

Reports of different nature needs to be supported timely to MD and partners.

Manage and reduce expenses.

Requirements

Profile: Operations Coordinator.

Preferably French and English Speaking.

Role is to be based in Jeddah. KSA.

Operation:
1) Day to day monitoring and reporting manufacturing (carpentry, paint, final products, testing, printing, delivery & onsite installation)
2) Providing technical inputs for Supervisor for production economically and to achieve highest quality level.

Finance/procurement & accounts
1) Maintaining report on daily petty cash
2) Proper documentation of reports and invoices
3) Compilation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi yearly and yearly reports on material procurement.
4) Maintain expense vs. receivable files to be shared with MD & partners.
5) Building credit facility with suppliers
6) Outsourcing contractors build up
