Job description / Role
Operations Director - Facilities Management - Urgent
Guildhall is supporting an International engineering services organization on a 5-year project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in the region to lead a brand new project as part of the regions largest infrastructure programmes.
Interviews will be taking place within 5 days of application if shortlisted by our consultants.
Salary:
SAR
55,000 to 60,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
In order to be considered for this opportunity we would be interested in speaking to applicants with the following skills and experiences:
- 15 to 20 years experience in facility management/building asset management
- International experience, preferably in the GCC
- Must have held a position of Operations Manager or Operations Director on a large scale facility management project
