Operations Director – Riyadh, KSA – Big Fish
Our client is a reputable International FM company with a European head office. They have an established Middle East Operation, a portfolio of blue chip clients and manage TFM (Hard and Soft) services across multiple property types in the region. They are currently seeking an Operations Director to join their KSA Operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of operational strategies and policies. In addition they will communicate business direction to all stakeholders and manage FM Ops services to their clients' by leading teams under their management.

Requirements
• Degree qualified (preferred)
• A career history in facilities management
• Senior management experience
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of account management
• Excellent standard of written and spoken English, Arabic is a distinct advantage.
• Computer literate and proficient in the Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in Middle East
