Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• To provide the leadership, and operational direction for the wholly owned cinema sites for the Operations function across all territories and lead the Operations team through regional expansion. Ensure that the technological and operations of the department meet the highest international standards, and changes in industry products, services, technologies and innovations are incorporated into existing and new cinema projects.
• Provide leadership, build the capabilities, connect with and motivate team members both on an individual level and as part of the operations team. Protect and enhance the Business culture through management of direct reports to support the company mission.
• Participate in the preparation of Board papers to obtain Board approval for the function that articulates the business goals and investments, and develop strategies to enable the achievement of agreed business objectives.
• Advance the company's expansion, mission and objectives efficiently through high standards of service, customer satisfaction, stakeholder expectation and cost-effective management of resources, maximizing revenue, profitability, and growth of the businesses.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with the media, industry and industry representatives, municipality and government offices, and communities.
• Deliver the Operations component of the strategy to grow market share and profitability by developing, negotiating, and closing new operations developments and opportunities both in existing and new markets.
• Support the BDM Team when analyzing new potential cinema concepts, market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; examining risks and potentials, resolving internal priorities; recommending investments.
• Monitor the financial functions of the Operations department to ensure the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reporting; and in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, cash flow requirements and annual financial statements and reporting.
• Evaluate operating and financial performance and collaborate and agree on strategies with the F&B Director in order to set challenging targets for maximizing profit, and oversee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Salary:
SAR 60,000 to 65,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10+years relevant, demonstrated experience and proven track record in Cinema, F&B or Leisure & Entertainment similar industry in a management role
• Interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong financial, risk management and legal acumen
• Strong, visionary leadership
• Good strategy implementation skills
• Development of talent to meet aggressive development plans
• Extending reach to become regional/ international business
• Macro-Economic concerns
• Third party and joint venture relationship
