Operations Director

Job description / Role

My client a leading consultancy in the region has an urgent requirement for an Operations Director to lead a multi-disciplinary design team and construction supervision department to be based in Riyadh.

Candidates who fulfil the following criteria are invited to apply.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Engineering from an internationally recognised university.
* Full membership of recognised and relevant Professional Institution.
* A hands on executive who is a visibly engaged leader.
* Minimum of 20 years management experience, with 8 to 12 years in a relevant senior role.
* Strong Safety/Quality ethos.
* High levels of personal credibility and gravitas.
* Strong leadership ability with a dynamic mind-set.
* Ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ability to influence decision making across all levels.
* Ability to demonstrate strong commercial acumen combined with an analytical, creative and pro-active mind-set.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong cultural awareness.
