Operations Director - Saudi Arabia

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Project Management Engineering firm in Saudi Arabia as the Operations Director where you will drive strategic growth initiatives and lead a dynamic team of professionals in delivering innovative engineering solutions across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership for division operations and long-term growth
- Manage a diverse team of 100+ skilled professionals
- Spearhead growth strategies and expansion initiatives
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

- BSc degree in Engineering or Business Administration (advanced degree preferred)
- 15+ years' operations management experience in engineering
- Strong financial acumen and leadership skills
- Extensive experience in the Middle East with a deep understanding of regional practices
- Excellent communication skills and client relationship building

Competitive compensation package valued between SAR 80,000 to SAR 85,000 with opportunities for career advancement.
