Position Title: Director of Operations
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K SAR depending on experience and qualifications plus company car and car allowance
Job Location: Al Khobar, KSA

About the Client:
An industrial catering services company in KSA.

Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple catering sites, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance and close coordination with support functions.
- Manage budgets, control operational costs, and implement strategies to maintain profitability without compromising quality.
- Effectively manage multiple remote locations, ensuring consistent standards, communication, and reporting across all sites.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Lead and develop managers, ensuring they meet operational goals, promote teamwork, and foster a positive, collaborative company culture.

- Open to Arabic and Indian nationalities
- 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in a senior operations role within the catering or hospitality industry.
- Must have experience in managing large-scale catering or food service operations across multiple sites
- KSA driver’s license is a must
- Open to overseas candidates preferably within Middle East or GCC.
