Description
* Oversee the daily operations of two facilities, ensuring smooth coordination between facilities.
* Lead teams responsible for housekeeping, security, IT, and facility management services, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
* Manage biomedical equipment, facility management, and safety across both locations, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.
* Re-engineer processes and operational workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
* Play a key role in the expansion of medical services, including the potential future management of a centralized call center.
* Collaborate with the centralized procurement team to support warehouse and inventory management across both clinics.
* Ensure effective communication and cooperation across departments, maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
* Monitor and report on operational performance to the MD, recommending improvements and driving implementation.
* Lead operational support for the opening of new facilities and expansion projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Job Offer
Career growth, monthly salary of SAR 40,000 - 45,000 per month, benefits
Requirements:
* Saudi National - required.
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-10 years of management experience in healthcare operations, with demonstrated experience in opening and managing medical facilities.
* Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing multiple facility operations.
* Strong understanding of biomedical equipment, facility management, and safety protocols.
* Demonstrated ability to re-engineer operational processes for better outcomes.
* Experience managing large-scale departments such as ICU in a tertiary care hospital is highly desirable.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
* Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
