The Operations Director will oversee the company's daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with business goals. This role involves strategic planning, process optimisation, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
Description
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive business growth.
* Process Optimisation: Identify areas for improvement in work-flows, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of managers and staff across various departments, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
* Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for operational departments, ensuring financial discipline and cost efficiency.
* Performance Monitoring: Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of operations, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
* Supply Chain and Logistics: Oversee supply chain management and logistics to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the operational processes and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on business.
* Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other department heads to support overall company objectives and foster cross-departmental collaboration.
* Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives to improve operational processes and drive organisational growth.

Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in Law firms is preferred.
* Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Project Management: Solid project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using business software and tools for process improvement and data analysis.
* Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is required
* Saudi Nationals Preferred
