•Coordination of all site activities and reporting directly to the Company Manager.
•Preparation of Site Annual Budgets.
•Liaising with Divisional Accountants, Personnel and Administration Services.
•Reviewing monthly site accounts and assisting in the analysis and evaluation of new business development.
•Administer and implement company’s contractual obligations involving personnel, equipments, contract spares/consumables.
•Responsible for the O and M projects and prepare a quarterly operations performance report covering technical, financial and administrative matters.
•Ensure that the Project Managers and/or Senior Site Managers are tasked in accordance with site and head office requirements.
•Ensure that the PPMP, staff evaluation, SOF and stock control, and villa administration are under constant monitoring and review.
•Participate in the periodic review, revision and promulgation of company policies.
•Coordinate with other Technical Managers, Asset & Procurement Managers, Logistic Support Manager, HR Manager, Finance Manager and Business Development Manager to ensure maximum logistic, technical and operational support to the sites.
• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering and with well develops leadership, communications and interpersonal skills.
• Graduate degree in business management or completion of management development program.
• Proven record of project and operations management for at least 10 years with current responsibility directly related to operations, finance and administration.
• With good knowledge in inventory control, finance and personnel management
•Hands on experience with proven track record in Project, Operations, Maintenance, and Construction environment are essential.
•Must have a strong strategic outlook, profit driven, analytical skills, knowledge of PPM systems, quality control and highly conversant with computer systems and applications.
•Fluency in English language both written and spoken is essential
•Must be 35 to 45 years old.
