Position Title: Operations Manager
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 25K AED, all-inclusive depending on the experience and qualifications
Job Location: Riyadh, KSA
About the Client:
High-end casual dining restaurant with headquarter in Dubai and franchise branches in KSA.
Job Description:
• Reports to GM/Owner and Partner Franchisee
• Knowledge in P&L, staff, and F&B management training
• Must have recruitment drive with agencies
• Assess and support menu creations and designs
• Strong experience in reporting activities, handling suppliers, customer complaints and effective resolutions
• Knowledge in managing maintenance or facility management companies
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals but not necessary
• Male, 45 y/o and below
• Minimum 2 years of operations experience from a restaurant background; F&B franchise expansion experience is preferred
• Candidate must be trained in Dubai for 2 months then manage KSA operations residing in KSA
• Candidates are welcome from all locations to apply for this position
