Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Plan & direct the branch's activities to achieve short and long team targets including annual targets.
• Identify, develop and direct the implementation of business strategies
• Sustain and grow the company’s products and services within their region.
• Maintain and expand their industry knowledge to be relevant and beneficial to our clients.
• Provide monthly reports to the business on the company's financial performance, bringing to the attention of the board any strategic and operational issues affecting the region/company.
• Define and manage approved capital and operating budgets, costs and profitability.
• Train new & existing staff to achieve organizational objectives and targets.
• Develop and maintain effective strategic relationships with other GAP CORP offices to develop international referrals and seek technical advice whenever necessary.
• Develop aide range of relationships with local clients both individual and corporate clients to position the company as a credible organization in the industry.
• Assist in resolving any ongoing issues with the clients as appropriate and requested.
• Position GAP CORP as a local market player and point of referral in our core business.
• To ensure that GAPCORP achieves and exceeds set targets and financial objectives.
• To monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations not only of the Region but also of those affected by the parent company and generally assisting with the resolution of related compliance problems.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

• BA or equivalent Business related degree
• Microsoft Office application knowledge
• Commercial awareness required
• Must be a Saudi Local
• 8 years’ experience in either the insurance or automotive industry
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic operational plans, managing people, resources, and processes
• Experience in working with the Middle East region
• Experience negotiator, self-motivated, strong organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills
