Operations Manager up to 18K SAR+ for a Casual Dining Restaurant in KSA

• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinates with Franchisor to assure that the recipe and procedure are strictly followed
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
• Work with senior stakeholders
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
• Forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze
• variances and initiating corrective actions

Requirements

• POSITION: Operations Manager
• SALARY: 18,000 AED depending on qualifications and experience plus single apartment
• HIRING COMPANY: Casual Dining Restaurant
• LOCATION: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized (1-month max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Arabic candidates
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Diploma or degree holder in hospitality is an advantage
• Has minimum 5 years of experience in management, operations, and leadership
• Knows how to deal with the Franchisee and reviewing Franchise contracts
• Knowledge with fit-out works, coordinates designing with fit out works contractors
• Solid understanding of financial management
• Has excellent communication, motivational and people skills
