Operations Manager - Specialist Sub Contractor (Scaffolding)

Job description / Role

Our client is a European market leading specialist scaffolding contractor. They specialise in the installation of Scaffolding & Mast Climbers to Tier 1 contractors globally.

Due to recent contracts been awarded in the Kingdom, we are looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager to head up the KSA team. This is a senior position within the company reporting into the Regional Director in the UK.

Your responsibilities shall be:

- The growth of the business in KSA - MUST be sales orientated
- Establish, maintain and lead business relationships with key clients
- Build rapport & trust with our clients in order to generate revenue
- Long term vision
- Assist clients with the installation process, offering a "mentor" service
- Networking

Requirements

Key Attributes:

- Established in the Kingdom - no newcomers
- Scaffolding biast
- Proven track record in the construction market in KSA
- Civil Engineering background/technically astute
- Arabic speaker is desired, although open.
- Must be able to travel around the Kingdom & be flexible given where the client is
- Sub contractor background would be extremely advantageous

The package is highly competitive. For the correct candidate, its open for discussion at interview stage.
