Job description / Role
As the Operations Manager of Adventure Sport, you will be responsible for managing both the internal asset operations and the external operating partners in this space. Working together with your colleagues in the Sport Sector and a range of internal and external stakeholders you will contribute to ambition to use sport to unite its communities, shape its healthy lifestyle and contribute to its innovative economy.

Activating Destinations, Developing and Delivering Operations
This role would suit a commercially astute individual who has demonstrable proof of developing operational products within assets whilst leading by example, empowering teams to consistently elevate the guest and customer experience above and beyond expectations.
The position will require working with the Sport Sector, regional proponents, master planners, and key cross sector stakeholders, to develop the product offer for each proposed asset. They will need to understand the inner workings of each activity and work alongside internal teams and external operators to create a world leading asset experience.
Managing & Expanding the Assets Across the Region
They will need a sound understanding of people procedures and practices to effectively manage both clients and staff within the expanding portfolio and as the visitor and residential numbers increase.
