Job description / Role
Reporting to the Head of TFS ME, you will provide an HR and recruitment function to the Management of the Tower Field Service (TFS) Business Unit of Sulzer Chemtech Middle East, working in partnership with our Agents in Saudi Arabia whilst liaising with the HR Manager EMA based outside of Saudi Arabia.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
• Recruitment: Source candidates in the KSA region for vacancies as they arise. Sourcing knowledge & database from Indian sub-continent.
• Blue Collar as well as staff recruitment experience mainly for Oil & Gas with Maintenance and EPC background
• Training and Development: As the local point of contact, ensure compliance with all regulatory training requirements
• Compensation and Benefits: Collect local market feedback and information regarding the current compensation and benefits market
• Performance Management: Advise the local management on promotions (title or pay wise), development, poor performers, disciplinary action as and when required
• Employee Relations: Escalate issues as and when appropriate: provide guidance to management regarding employee issues.
• Laws: Ensure all policies and guidelines are in line with local labor law and regulations
• Other HR related responsibilities depending on the needs of the business
Requirements
• Bilingual is a must (English and Arabic).
• Adequate professional with excellent verbal and written communication in English, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 5 years HR Experience
• Problem identification, analysis and solving
• Hands-on, involved and invested, self motivated, attention to detail and team player
