Job description / Role
- Recording employee’s attendance and report to direct Manager in case of delay or absence
- Observing workflow and excellence of provided service
- Stock handling and issuing replacement units within xx minutes after technician inspection
- Assurance of closing Work Orders within 3 hours
- Prompt solving of issues within the branch whether customers or employees issue
- Following up customer’s escalations with direct Manager and concerned department
Requirements
- Keep contact with Call-Center and update them of closed Work Orders. And request them to contact customer in case of anything needed from customer side
- Shipping defective units and their documents to Service Hub within 3 days of replacement
- Daily physical count for (Seed – Defective – Queue) units and comparing with system stock on hand report. And report any variance to direct manager
- Ordering needed stock
- Monthly inventory count at 1st day of the month
