Employment: Full Time

About the Position:
- Participates in process plant operations on a safely manner insuring strictly following procedures and instructions

Major Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Complies with safety, health, environment and security policies through implementation of Responsible Care requirements & environmental regulations.
- Adheres to perform activities based on company approved and updated SOPs
- Observes all standard operating, emergency and what if procedures.
- Takes ownership of his assigned area and reports any unsafe acts and conditions observed during area surveillance and monitoring.
- Takes responsibility for the housekeeping of his assigned area, must observe all on-going jobs outside in his area.
- Complies with CAMEL process requirements. Ensures reporting is within the required target and improves quality of CAMEL observations.
- Manages field activities of his area and enforces others to comply with proper use of PPE.
- Takes samples in safely and timely manners on his assigned area.
- Refrains from leaving his assigned area without a relief from the next shift.
- Ensures effective participation in Eureka as per department target.
- Attends shift meetings and participates effectively.
- Ensures he completes all unit reading sheets, routine checks and activities on a timely manner and reports it to panel operator and/or shift supervisor.
- Attends effectively his training and development progression program.
- Owns the safety aspect of his respective assigned area. Ensures proper precautions have been taken care of before issuing work permits.
- Reviews operations daily logbook/report. Writes all major operations including non-conformance activities in the operator daily logbook.
- Coordinates field operations activities with contractor and other operating teams after notifying the panel operator.
- Performs primary troubleshooting, identifying analyzing and solving work-related problems and taking appropriate corrections.
- Ensures daily field routines are done and completed before handing over to the next shift’s operator. Makes sure that all required checklists have been answered, signed and filed.
- Carries out his duties to the highest quality standards, through active participation in the company’s RC codes and requirements.
- Prepares and does necessary system turnover before handing it over to maintenance activity.
- Protects & takes responsibility for the tools and items assigned to him and other materials in the plant.
- Cooperates with ERT during emergency especially in his designated area.
- Uses proper communication skills when reporting incidents and other safety related situations.

About the Candidate:
Education and Experience
- High School Degree in a relevant field. Technical Diploma preferred.
- 0 years' of relevant experience.
- 3 years' of relevant experience.
