Drive incremental business results within a team of partner managers in various mid-market industries by building trust, treating people with dignity and respect, being clear about expectations, setting high ethical standards, and following through on commitments.
Act as a business partner for Saudi sales teams, partners, and their enterprise strategic customer plans.
Drive targeted, scalable industry sales plays with your team and the full ecosystem.
Be business focused on earlier and closer engagements to help drive pipeline velocity and predictability.

Experience and comfortable with GSI (Global System Integrator) C-level interaction.
Experience building a pipeline within a partner organisation.
Strong understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) in management positions (minimum 5 years).
Ability and/or willingness to work in a remote, non-routine, and very complex work environment, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills.
Proven sales experience in a channel environment.
Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities
As a channel sales representative, you will pull partners into Oracle business opportunities and manage third-party transactions resulting from the relationship. Identify and develop channel partners committed to selling Oracle products. Facilitate joint selling between channel partners and the direct sales team. Increase revenue from partner sources and market share through a leveraged partnering model. Identify and develop joint go-to-market strategies and lead generation opportunities. Provide accurate and timely management information and revenue forecasts. May educate partners in Oracle commercial practices. Maintain an understanding of Oracle technology and articulate Oracle propositions to partners and their customers. Manage transaction contracts, business practices, and deal booking issues. Work with marketing to plan marketing events for partners.
