Description About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer Consultant with strong technical expertise in Oracle development tools and HRMS-related customizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle EBS applications to support business needs and ensure system efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle Reports, Alerts, and Workflows using Workflow Builder.
• Work with Oracle HRMS objects such as views, tables, and standard packages.
• Create and modify user hooks, packages, views, tables, synonyms, and grants as required.
• Design and enhance custom Oracle Application Framework (OAF) pages to meet business requirements.
• Utilize Oracle HRMS standard APIs for data integration and automation.
• Develop and maintain applications using Oracle Forms Builder.
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to ensure system reliability and effective solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed components and configurations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Developer Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Reports, Alerts, Workflow Builder, and Forms Builder.
• Proven experience working with Oracle HRMS database objects (views, tables, standard packages).
• Proficiency in user hooks, APIs, and OAF page customization.
• Strong PL/SQL programming and database management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
