Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Order Taker to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Order Taker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction by efficiently managing food and beverage orders with precision and care.

• Handle incoming food and beverage orders from guests promptly and accurately
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure proper order fulfillment
• Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions to guests
• Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of working well under pressure and maintaining a calm demeanor
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work atmosphere
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry practices is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a strong asset
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
