Job description / Role
Major diversified group located in Saudi Arabia requires an Organizational Development Manager for Jeddah.
Candidates should have at least 10 years relevant HR experience with strong experience in. Developing organizational design, hierarchy and development strategies including workflow. This role will report director to the Shared Services Director.
Bachelors Degree required and preference will be given to local Saudi nationals or Arabic nationals with transferable Iqama.
