Partnerships Director

Job description / Role

Our client are a large-scale project within the Vision 2030 programme, operating within the Real Estate development sector.

In order to create strategic partnerships within the Private Sector, we are looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive the creation of strategic partnerships, JVs and MAs in collaboration with the Development & Asset Management division.

• You will formulate the partnerships strategies for the organisation and identify new trends and opportunities in a profit maximizing and growth perspective in line with the overall strategy.
• You must be able to develop commercial briefs, roadshows and investor presentations, and communicate these plans and prospects to inform investors on the commercial and strategic status of partnerships.
• Experience from the Real Estate sector will be highly desirable, having worked in a senior capacity developing partnership opportunities with strategic partners & investors.

• You are a strategic Partnerships Director, who can identify and establish partnerships within the Private Sector.
