About the team & this role:

TikTok's Client Partners are responsible for building long-term partnerships with clients, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging; we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

The Key Accounts client partnerships team is looking for a Partnerships Manager to activate, manage and drive a number of key governmental accounts. As a Partnerships Manager, you will be the designated expert for your book of business and industry and will be tasked with defining the way forward for long-term business relationships. Success in your role requires an overall understanding of the digital media ecosystem, deep connections with the focused industry, and an ability to evolve in a fast-paced demanding startup environment. You will be evaluated against your impact in terms of marketing budget revenue generation as well as the strategic initiatives you will carry forward towards positioning TikTok as a key platform for companies in your industry of focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Activate and grow a number of governmental accounts across key MENA markets
  • Define the vertical strategy and key accounts planning within your book of business
  • Create compelling vertical narratives and playbooks to reflect on industry-based trends and use cases that match your partner's business objectives
  • Grow existing relationships within the vertical and work towards unlocking additional opportunities
  • Develop a consultative approach to offer best-in-class media strategies from business planning to measurement of KPIs
  • Educate key stakeholders (internal and external) on the key value of TikTok as a platform and build on best practices for the vertical
  • Ensure a state-of-the-art business servicing level with the support of the client solutions and the cross-functional teams
  • Initiate and lead all internal and external initiatives pertaining to the focused industry to meet revenue objectives

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the digital media ecosystem with experience working with media agencies and industry partners
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business agendas with senior stakeholders and meet revenue objectives
  • Best in class communication skills and strategic mindset, preferably with existing relationships across key marketing decision makers in the region
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
  • Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
  • Given the nature of the region and business this talent will be supporting, Arabic and English language skills are mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in KSA market
  • Expertise in focused industry, preferably as a brand owner or part of the digital transformation/digital media team
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit and a proven track record of building projects from the ground up
  • Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
