In this varied role, you’ll work closely with our new dealer, Abunayyan, to develop both short-term and long terms action plans to grow our Parts sales in Saudi Arabia, our biggest market in the Middle East. Abunayyan are based in Riyadh which is where we would like you to be located ideally. Expanding our dealer’s distribution is a key objective across Saudi Arabia to ensure we reach all our customers. With the support of the JCB Middle East office and World Parts Centre, UK, this role will include: visiting customers with Abunayyan, analyzing competitive activity, supporting and training dealer staff and working to achieve Parts Sales objectives. You will strive to build dealer parts sales both retail over the counter, direct to customers and through Abunayyan’s service workshops.

You will attend annual business reviews in the UK and engage with the regional team in Dubai. The role offers excellent opportunities for future career progression as JCB is a global business.

You will report directly to our Export Aftermarket Parts Sales Manager, WPC, UK.

Please note that this role involves regular travel across Saudi Arabia focusing on the centres of: Riyadh, Dammam & Jeddah.

Requirements

To join us, you’ll need relevant experience. You should have worked in the construction equipment industry in the Middle East. This may have been for an equipment manufacturer or dealership. Whatever your background, you’ll bring strong communication skills (written and spoken) in Arabic & English coupled with a commercial understanding that JCB can only grow with strong dealers and fostering the relationship with Abunayyan is a high priority. If you’re also organised and good with people, there could be a place for you in our talented Middle East team.
