Payroll Specialist

Job description / Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining payroll records, and providing exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries.

Responsibilities:
- Process and administer payroll for employees in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees
- Review and reconcile payroll data prior to processing
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of payroll taxes and other statutory deductions
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll processing
- Generate payroll reports and assist with audit and compliance activities
- Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and best practices

- 5years+ experience as a payroll specialist or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of payroll regulations and best practices
- Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree

Salary:
SAR 10,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
