We are currently recruiting on a retained basis for a smart city in Saudi, which is one of the largest global mega project in the World.

This is a permanent position based in Saudi, Close to Tabuk. This is a permanent role, paying extremely competitively. They will offer a Tax free salary & Extensive benefits.

Description

This is a vital position as a People Analytics specialist - who will Lead from the front in Defining the People Analytics strategy for the tech business. This is a large brand-new greenfield project and would suit a People Analytics specialist interested in working on the latest concepts in tech / data analytics / people analysis and HR analytics. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to work on an exclusive project with other Technologists and People Analytics team working with he C Suite for the Company. In addition to this you will earn Tax Free Salary paid a lucrative salary jump on top of what you are earning (Accommodation and food will be provided).

The role

We are looking for a People Analytics Specialist to join the Tech team! Our team works with leaders across the company and Human Resources to deliver meaningful insights from our people data. The ideal candidate has a passion for data, without losing sight of the people behind the numbers. The team leverages Workday, Power BI, and other tools to deliver innovative, sustainable and customer focused solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Develop innovative analytical solutions that deliver accurate, and timely insights.
* Build, maintain, and improve reporting solutions that meet the needs of the stakeholders.
* Partner closely with stakeholders to understand their true requirements and deliver the insights they need.
* Help maintain and create data sources following best practices to ensure sustainability and reliability of the data.

Required Qualifications

* Related technical BS degree in Math, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related experience
* 3+ years of experience analysing and reporting people data.
* Knowledge of Business Intelligence and data handling tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, etc.)
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills
* Experience in People Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

* M.S. degree in Math, Statistics, or Social Sciences with an emphasis on research, or related field
* Experience working with HR/people data
* Familiarity with data management concepts and practices
