Job Description & Summary
This role is responsible for helping in developing and implementing the People Strategy Plan and ensuring activities are delivered as per the project timelines, and fulfilling the administrative and developmental needs to ensure the desired outcomes. Supports the HC Leadership in maintaining all communications and documentation required. Supports one-on-one engagement with business to ensure the implementation of all strategic initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth strategic analysis to ascertain external and internal situational factors and identify key industry trends, Study the best practices and Present the outcomes to the leadership.
- Help in designing and evaluating the People strategies and processes; assessing organizational development needs of operating, business and functional units.
- Gathering and assessing feedback from all levels in the organization regarding concerns, areas of improvement, successes and highlights.
- Leading the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet KSA People Strategy needs and program goals; designing and executing key programmatic elements of the HC process; measuring the achievement of established goals.
Requirements
Qualifications/ Requirements
- A university degree in Social Science with postgraduate qualifications in HRM.
- Effective communication & excellent people management skills are a must.
- Project Management experience with capability to drive change.
- Strong sense of customer orientation.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Written and Spoken)
