Pilates Instructor

Job description / Role

- Conduct individual and group pilates classes, focusing on:
- Lagree Pilates techniques using the Mega former.
- Reformer Pilates.
- Develop and implement personalized training programs that cater to the needs of clients, ensuring a safe and effective workout environment.
- Teach a variety of Pilates formats, including Reformer and Mat classes, while integrating rehabilitation and injury prevention strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to clients in pre and postnatal Pilates, addressing specific needs and modifications.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust programs as necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
- Stay updated on the latest Pilates techniques and trends, attending workshops and continuing education as needed.
- Build strong relationships with clients, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Promote the benefits of Pilates and encourage client retention through exceptional service and personalized attention.

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience teaching Pilates.
- Certification in BASI, Stott, or Balanced Body Pilates is essential. (Two of them minimum)
- Strong knowledge of pre and postnatal Pilates practices, will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
- Understanding of anatomy and body mechanics related to Pilates practice.
- Good memory or e?effective note-taking skills to track each client's progress.
