Description

Eram Talent is seeking a Planning & Coordination Specialist based in Saudi Arabia to join our dynamic team. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of planning and coordination activities related to projects and operational frameworks. This role will report to the Lead, Reefscape Operations Coordinator and support the successful delivery of complex operations for the project team at NEOM. With a proven background in project administration, stakeholder engagement, and operational coordination, the ideal candidate will ensure that resource requirements are carefully planned and managed in support of achieving overall operational objectives and that operational reporting is conducted and managed in accordance with operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate project planning efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential issues.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Maintain project trackers, workflows, and monitoring systems to ensure efficient progress tracking and reporting and improve visibility over timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones.
  • Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and escalate issues according to project work plan.
  • Prepare and present reports and dashboards reflecting project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Assist in resource allocation and management to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support in the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project planning and coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination (within a medium to large enterprise) or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in using project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management and administrative software/tools for tracking, reporting, and resource management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced, multicultural work environments with adaptability, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
