Role Summary:

Offers the opportunity as an experienced Planning and Order Management Lead to join the team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Essential Responsibilities:

Planning and Order Management Lead will be responsible to supervise & lead the following activities directly and through his/her team members:

- Update inventory parameters on weekly basis to identify ordering requirements.
- Review new order calculation with PL and recommend final order.
- Submit order request for approvals.
- Identify critical orders and communicate to OM.
- Handle communication of netting requests from other locations.
- Identify excess inventory and set action plan for reduction.
- Identify scrap inventory and IDD processing.
- Plan inventory level projection & actions to meet company goals.
- Perform SLOB forecasting and review with PL and set mitigation plan.
- Process PR, PO / STO / ISTO for inventory purchasing.
- Handle netting process communications before placing order with Mfg / 3rd Party.
- Review open PR and make sure every PR is converted to PO for needed purchase.
- Review open PO and follow-up with Supplying plant / vendor.
- Update GIT report and follow-up with Logistics / Inventory Services.
- Review PGI pending list (Ready in Mfg. but not shipped) follow-up with shipping location.
- Follow-up with Logistics for shipment consolidation at origin and customs clearance at destination.
- Review GRIR report for Trade vendors and follow up with AP team.
- Participate in API counts as required.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- 7+ years' experience in inventory planning & order management preferably from Oil & Gas industry.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in supervisory or managerial level with direct reports responsibilities.
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or related field from reputed institution.
- ERP hands on experience, SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent written & verbal English communications skills.
- Able to manage and develop team members.
