Job description / Role
• To establish and maintain resource loaded detailed project schedule using Primavera Project
• Planner 6 to produce resources, manpower and equipment histograms for the project and corresponding S-curve and revise according to scope changes.
• To attend & coordinate site & client meetings regarding the planning & progress.
• To prepare weekly and monthly progress/Look-ahead reports, perform progress analysis, schedule updating, monitoring, forecast and resource planning.
• To update activities weekly, recording the percentage complete, earned value and remaining duration until completion of project.
• To perform comparison between baseline schedule with actual costs/resources usage and work performed.
• To revise the Baseline Schedule whenever there is a change in the scope or the Sequence of work.
• To prepare EOT claim for the project due to change in scope of work and change in engineering design.
• To prepare look ahead schedules for interval use to set short term targets to achieve long terms goals.
• To prepare target schedules for internal use to monitor the project performance at different stages.
• To prepare daily, weekly and monthly report keeping a true and fair view of the progress made on site.
Requirements
• University Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering; Civil or equivalent
• Nature and length of previous experience: at least 5 years experience in planning.
• Specialist knowledge: Primavera
• Current Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
