Planning Engineer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer with proven experience in high-end interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of fit-out works in luxury commercial, hospitality, retail, or residential environments.

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically in high-end interior fit-out projects.
-Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
-Deep understanding of interior fit-out construction processes, materials, and sequencing.
-Proven track record in handling complex, design-driven fit-out projects in luxury sectors (hospitality, retail, or corporate).
-Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
