Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
Project Schedule Development:
• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6, in alignment with project scope, milestones, and contractual requirements.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
• Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and generate regular progress reports (weekly/monthly) including look-aheads, S-curves, and critical path analysis.

Delay Analysis:
• Identify schedule deviations, analyze delays, and recommend corrective/preventive actions to mitigate schedule risks.

Resource & Cost Loading:
• Integrate resource and cost loading into the P6 schedule and assist with resource leveling to optimize performance.

Interface Coordination:
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment of all schedules and deliverables.

Baseline and Forecasting:
• Establish project schedule baselines and maintain forecasting schedules in line with change orders, variation requests, and updated project plans.

Planning Support:
• Support tender planning, claims preparation, and scenario planning as required by the project controls or contracts teams.

Compliance & Standards:
• Ensure all planning work adheres to internal standards and client-specific project control procedures.

Requirements:

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in infrastructure, building, or MEP engineering projects.

Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Excel (advanced), and reporting tools like Power BI (optional).
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) is an asset.

Communication:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present complex schedule data to stakeholders clearly.

Analytical Thinking:
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze schedules and recommend actionable improvements.

Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
• PMI-SP, PSP (AACE), or other relevant project control certifications.

Salary:
SAR 13,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
