Job description / Role
maptalent are currently recruiting a Planning Manager for Shutdown and Turnaround who specializes in the overall management of Shutdown / Turnaround projects within onshore refinery or petrochemical plant. The Planning Manager will be responsible for corporate strategic operation planning and support across overlapping turnarounds / shutdowns. This role will also ensure and enhance the performance, productivity and profitability of all field operations activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas / petrochemical related industries preferably in shutdown and turnaround activities related to Status Equipment (column, vessel, heat exchanger, heaters, chimney, waste heat boiler, re-boilers, etc).
• Must have experience in Turnaround package preparation, TAR management, Resource Management, Project Control Manage and Training & Development Robust knowledge in Primavera, resources loading, resources optimization, daily and sequential narration reports and project cost control
